Q: Why do the thumbnails and video descriptions take a long time to load on the right side of the player sometimes? A: If you are watching a video, the thumbnails and descriptions will load after the video you are watching loads all the way. Hang in there, this should not take very long.
Q: How often do you have new videos? A: We try to put about 20 new videos on each month. Some months will be more and some will be less.
Q: Can I ask the instructors questions? A: YES! We will try to answer as many questions as we can on video and post them to the Q&A section.
Q: What should I do if the videos keep buffering? A: Check your internet speed. The videos should play on most connections but may have trouble with slower connection speeds. You can also rewind the video to let the buffering catch up and then hit play.
Q: Can I cancel a premium membership? A: Yes you can cancel your membership at any time.
Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel? A: Refunds are only given if you request it within 10 days of signup.
Q: If I cancel, do I lose the months I have paid for? A: No, if you cancel, you will have access to videos for the time you have paid for.
Q: How do I become a sponsor or have my shooting product featured on Gun Talk TV? |
Q: When using the Safari browser the video does not automatically play. What should I do? A: You need to click the PLAY button for some browsers. The video does not automatically play in all browsers.
Q: Why doesn't the "Watch Video Now" link work? A: Make sure you have pop-up blocking turned off on your browser and any internet protection software you have installed on your computer.
Q: Why won't videos play? A: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Adobe Flash plug-in. If you are not, click here to download and install it.
Q: What does my $5.95 pay for? A: Bandwidth maintenance, so we can continue to bring you quality firearms instruction on-demand, online. Heck, it's cheaper than a box of ammo!
