In this episode of First Person Defender, we focus on the challenges of dealing with dynamic violent situations - which may or may not involve an attack on you directly. Our Defender, Martin, owns a landscaping company, has had some self-defense training, and carries often - albeit mostly off-body.
For this training, we place Martin in situations where his co-worker and by default, himself, are placed in harm’s way by an attacker. These scenarios are fluid, and various immediate decisions are required.
Training insight is provided by John Correa of HK and Active Self Protection and Chris Cerino of Range Ready Studios.
As with every FPD episode, the intensity is high, the training is valuable, and the lessons are painful for both the "good guys" and the bad.
This episode of First Person Defender is brought to you by HK, Range Ready Studios and T4E Training.
