Is it lawful for a gun store to confiscate your gun if it does not have a serial number? A gun store owner stole a firearm from a young man that didn’t have a serial number. The gun was perfectly legal to own, but the store owner didn’t think so. This crazy story comes out of New Mexico. Tom weighs in about the theft that occurred recently.
