Rick Ector of Detroit CCW instructs many folks how to shoot. However, Rick developed a program to introduce women to the sport of shooting. The ten-year-old program has been wildly successful. Rick has set his goals high, to host and familiarize 4,000 new, female shooters in a single event. Gun Talk’s Tom Gresham chats with Rick about the many years of success and what it takes to put on such an event.
